Gazpacho andaluz
Ok, so for a start, how about the most typical in the summer?
Gazpacho ingredients:
6 red tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 cucumber
1 little clove of garlic
Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt
(if you like, onion, parsley, jamon and boiled eggs)
Alright, now it's all about, cut them all and put them inside a blender add a little vinegar and olive oil, a little salt and push the button!
Add a little water if needed.
Now, you can have it as a natural juice drink, always fresh, or you can eat it adding a boiled egg, parsley, onion or/and some "jamon" and bread. Add if you like.
