My "Madre" gave me the inspiration to start this blog to honor her memory and all the great little things she did. She was one of the best cookers I've ever had the pleasure to eat and cook with. Long before all studies revealed the benefits and healthiness of Spanish and Mediterranean food and cook, she taught me all the secrets of cuisine with love, tenderness and fun. I enjoyed every moment cooking and chatting with her, and cherish them in my heart.
Now, I would like to share them with you.
All recipes are original from Spain and Andalusia, so please, just go get the best ingredients you can, grab a knife, a couple bowls and pans and let's get started!
